Do I need any equipment?

All our sessions are floor-based with an optional chair for extra support and some of our sessions do use a band and ball

What if I’m completely new to Pilates?

That’s absolutely fine. The Reset is designed for beginners and for women returning to movement after time away; this is exactly who our in-person studio sessions support

Why wouldn’t I just use free videos online, such as on YouTube?

Many women try this first. The difference with the 21-Day Reset is that you’re following a calm, progressive plan designed specifically for women 50+. We're a real Pilates studio, working with and for women like you every day. So, rather than having to search, filter, and guess what’s right for your body, we'll provide clear guidance and reassurance each step of the way

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions are around 10–20 minutes. Short enough to fit into real life - effective enough to feel the difference.

Will this be too hard for me?

Not at all; every session is gentle, calm, and designed to help you move safely. You can pause, repeat, or slow down at any time.

I have stiffness / aches / balance concerns - can I still do this?

Yes, absolutely. This programme was designed with exactly those needs in mind. You’ll move slowly, safely, and at your own pace.

Do I need to do all 21 days in a row?

That's up to you; you’ll get lifetime access, so you can move through the Reset in your own time, whenever you feel as if you need it.

What if I can’t keep up?
