The Pilates-Port approach
Pilates-Port is about more than exercise
At Pilates-Port, we support you to move with confidence, calm, and ease, not by pushing harder, but through thoughtful teaching.
Many of those we work with are navigating changes in their bodies, their energy, or their confidence in movement. We understand that, and we meet you where you are.
Whether you join us in the studio, at one of our community sessions, or move with us at home with one of our online programmes, you’ll experience the same calm guidance, gentle progression, and supportive presence.

"I chose Pilates because I wanted to feel stronger in my body again. After a couple of falls, I had lost some confidence in exercising and Pilates felt like an effective way to rebuild my strength and balance.
I decided on Pilates-Port because Becky offered small classes in her home studio, which made me feel more relaxed and confident to learn Pilates techniques properly in a supportive small group.
I really enjoy Becky's teaching. She is very warm and welcoming, whilst providing clear instruction and guidance.
I can honestly say I haven't enjoyed exercise this much in many years, and I very much look forward to each session."

"As I’ve got older, I found that my usual exercise classes became more difficult, and trying to keep up with everyone else often felt less beneficial and sometimes left me with aches and pains.
When I first found Pilates, I wasn’t sure it was for me. It felt much gentler, and I didn’t think it would push me enough. However, the following day I realised just how much I had worked — especially through my core.
As I continued with the classes, I gradually noticed improvements in my balance and overall strength. Now, if I miss a few sessions, I can really feel the difference, which says everything about how beneficial Pilates has been for me."

I had taken several one-to-one sessions with Becky at her home studio when she told me that, as a client, I could access her 21-day Pilates programme. This gave me the opportunity to continue working on my core strength and balance at home.
I am sceptical by nature, but Becky's warm and approachable manner comes across on screen from the very start. I was impressed by the design, delivery and content of the course. Averaging around 17 minutes in duration, the sessions are filmed in HD in Becky's Pilates studio and are varied, easy to follow and, most importantly, effective.
Each session builds on the previous one, while also working perfectly as a standalone workout. I initially completed all 21 days in order, which gave me a real sense of progression and helped me establish a consistent routine. Having finished the programme, I then found myself returning to it regularly, often fitting in two sessions a day around work, home life and other commitments. The flexibility of the format made this easy to do, and being able to revisit particular sessions allowed me to focus on exercises that I found especially beneficial.
What impressed me most was how much can be achieved in a relatively short amount of time. The sessions never felt overwhelming, yet over the course of the programme I noticed definite improvements in my core strength, balance and overall mobility.
I would have no hesitation in recommending both Becky and this course. Whether you are completely new to Pilates or looking for a practical way to continue your practice at home, this programme is well structured, accessible and genuinely enjoyable. Becky's clear instruction, encouragement and expertise shine through every session, making it easy to stay motivated and keep coming back for more.
