Our online Pilates sessions are designed for women who want to move with confidence and ease — without rushing, pressure, or the feeling of having to keep up.

You’ll be guided calmly and clearly, with plenty of permission to pause, repeat, or take things at your own pace.

This isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about feeling supported while you move.

The Pilates-Port 21-Day Reset

A gentle, confidence-building Pilates programme designed especially for women 45+ who want to move comfortably again — without pressure, pain, or long workouts.

Short daily sessions (10–20 minutes), guided calmly by Bex, and designed to fit into real life. No experience needed. No equipment required. Just a supportive place to begin — or return to — movement.

Online and studio: One approach

Some women start with online Pilates and later join us in the studio.

Others use online sessions alongside their studio classes.

Many choose to move with us entirely at home.

There’s no right or wrong way.
